WORKING AT HEIGHTS / ELEVATED WORKS

The employer shall designate a competent person to monitor compliance with the following requirements:

  • Recognize fall hazards
  • Warn employees
  • Fall hazards
  • Unsafe acts
  • Same working level
  • Visual contact
  • Communicate orally
  • No other responsibility
  • Employees must comply promptly with fall hazard warnings from safety monitors.
